Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in a country currently supported for shipping by VEXA. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of VEXA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @vexa.us on Instagram.
• Like VEXA's official giveaway post.
• Comment on the giveaway post by tagging two friends.

Unlimited entries are permitted. Each additional eligible comment counts as an additional entry.

Participants may also share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @vexa.us for one (1) bonus entry.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing information to VEXA, not Instagram.

Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted beginning July 15, 2026 at 7:30 PM EDT and ending July 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT.

All entries must be received by July 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT.

Prize

Three (3) winners will each receive $100 USD in VEXA store credit.

The total value of all prizes is $300 USD.

Store credit may be used toward eligible purchases at vexaapparel.com, expires one (1) year from the date it is issued, has no cash value, and is non-transferable. To redeem the prize, winners must create or have an active VEXA customer account at account.vexaapparel.com, where the store credit will be issued and managed.

Winner Selection

Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

Winners will be announced on VEXA's Instagram Story and contacted via Instagram Direct Message by the official @vexa.us account.

Potential winners must respond by 10:00 AM EDT on July 21, 2026. If a selected winner does not respond within the required time, VEXA reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Rights & Publicity

By participating, winners agree that VEXA may use their name, Instagram username, likeness, and any reposted content relating to the giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

VEXA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control affects the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway.

Entries that violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or otherwise compromise the integrity of the giveaway may be disqualified.

Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless VEXA, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from or relating to participation in the giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.

Participants further acknowledge that this giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram and release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to the giveaway.
