This Privacy Policy explains how Vexa Apparel ("Vexa," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit or use our website, place an order, interact with our forms, subscribe to marketing communications (including SMS), or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are hosted by Shopify.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy regarding personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.
1) Definitions
Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to you or your household.

SMS abandoned cart messages
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (including through Shopify and apps or plugins we use) to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages by SMS if you have opted in to receive marketing text messages.
4) SMS marketing and phone numbers
If you opt in to receive marketing text messages, we use your phone number and related information to send you recurring marketing SMS messages, which may include promotions, product updates, early access announcements, restock notifications, and cart reminders (when enabled). Message frequency varies.
We use Klaviyo to help collect, manage, and send SMS messages and to measure campaign performance. Klaviyo may process your phone number, opt-in status, message content, delivery status, and related event data (for example, cart events) to provide these services to us.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details in the "Contact" section below. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
5) How we use personal information
We use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:

Important SMS limitation: The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

Depending on where you live, certain disclosures for advertising may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under applicable law.

8) Location information
We may infer your approximate location from your IP address for purposes such as fraud prevention, tax estimation, compliance, analytics, and improving the Services. We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location from your device unless you explicitly permit it and we clearly disclose that collection at the time.
