Terms of Service
By accessing or purchasing from VEXA Apparel ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms.
1. General
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Products & Availability
We make every effort to display products accurately, including colors and details. However, product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device and lighting. All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or change pricing at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order after payment is processed, you will be refunded.
4. Shipping
We ship within the United States and internationally to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Netherlands, and Sweden.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are charged at checkout based on the destination region and applicable shipping rate selected by VEXA. VEXA currently utilizes standardized flat-rate shipping pricing for domestic and international orders to provide a consistent checkout experience.
International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside of VEXA's control. VEXA is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or seized by customs. Refunds will not be issued for packages refused at customs or abandoned due to unpaid import fees. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all applicable duties and import fees.
5. Returns & Refunds
Domestic orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in original condition. Items showing signs of wear, odor, or damage may be refused. Original packaging is not required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the nature of our drop model, refunds are issued as store credit only after the return is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All international orders are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted on international orders except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect. If your international order qualifies, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Resolution is at our discretion.
6. Exchanges
If you need a different size, exchanges are offered on domestic orders. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Exchanges are not available on international orders.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can resolve it. If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. For international orders, we have limited ability to intervene with foreign postal carriers or customs agencies once a package has left the United States.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us at support@vexaapparel.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback where these Terms of Service have been violated or where the dispute does not qualify under our return and refund policy. International customers acknowledge that customs delays, duties, and delivery timeframes do not constitute grounds for a chargeback.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, product names, images, and designs, is owned by VEXA Apparel and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEXA Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and apply to future orders. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
