Return & Refund Policy

Domestic Returns ONLY (United States)

If your order isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery (US ONLY).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unused, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached. Original packaging is not required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our drop model, we only offer refunds as store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed as store credit.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, exchanges are offered on domestic orders. Please return the item in its original condition with tags attached, and we will provide your requested size if available. Size exchanges are only possible if the requested size is in stock. Exchanges are not available for international orders.

International Orders — All Sales Final

All international orders are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders except in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged upon arrival — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
• The item received is defective or the wrong item was sent — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence

We will review and resolve at our discretion.

We are not responsible for packages delayed, held, or seized by customs, or for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery. Refunds will not be issued for orders refused at customs or abandoned due to unpaid import fees.

Final Notes

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions. By completing your purchase, all customers acknowledge and accept these terms. International customers additionally acknowledge full responsibility for duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in their country.
