Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We ship within the United States and internationally to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Netherlands, and Sweden.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are charged at checkout based on the destination region and applicable shipping rate selected by VEXA. VEXA currently utilizes standardized flat-rate shipping pricing for domestic and international orders to provide a consistent checkout experience.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional fees charged by their country or local carrier upon delivery. These charges are not controlled by VEXA and are not included in the order total.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. Please note that international tracking may become limited or stop updating once your package enters your country's postal system. This is normal and does not indicate a lost package. We recommend contacting your local customs office or postal carrier if tracking has not updated for an extended period.

Delivery Time

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to delays outside our control, including weather, peak season, customs processing, and carrier delays. VEXA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside of VEXA's control. If you refuse a package due to customs fees or are unable to pay them, VEXA is not responsible for any losses incurred, including the cost of the order or return shipping.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact the carrier first. If you still need help, message us and we'll assist.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so we can resolve it. For international orders, please be aware that once a package leaves the United States, VEXA has limited ability to intervene with foreign postal carriers or customs agencies. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping method at checkout.

Final Sale International Orders

All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders unless the item received is defective or incorrect. By completing your purchase, international customers acknowledge and accept all of the above terms.
